The Restaurant's interior is candlelit with low level lighting, warm wooden and glass finishing’s, tranquil music all combine to create a soothing Dinning experience.
Our Executive Head Chef Brendan O'Sullivan and his team have created a well balanced Restaurant menu. The style of food created can be described as a fusion of Contemporary & Traditional Irish Cuisine and Mediterranean influences.

The Prince Bar
Right in the heart of Athlone. The Prince Bar is enjoyed by both locals and visitors to the town from early morning to late at night.
The Prince Bar is renowned for its extensive Bar Evening Food menu, Carvery Lunch and Salad & Sandwich Bar. Which caters for all tastes.
The interior has a warm feel to it with low key lighting and cosy open lit fires. Escape into a quiet alcove mid morning or visit in the evening for a sociable night out.
It is spread out over two floors with a full cocktail Bar at your disposal on Saturday nights with entertainment.
